DATE : 29TH JUNE, 2018 P.C.:
None appears for the petitioners.
2.
By order dated 05.10.1994, Petition was admitted by issuing Rule and interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) on usual terms was granted. Office remark shows that the Court service notice served on petitioners No.1/1 to 1/4. Despite service, petitioners are not present in the Court. They have also not entered appearance through Advocate on their behalf. It seems that petitioners are not interested in prosecuting this Petition. Hence, Petition is dismissed in default. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs.
3.
In view of the dismissal of the Petition, Civil Applications No.9051 of 2000 and 9052 of 2000 do not survive and the same are disposed of accordingly. (R. G. KETKAR, J.) 1/1 Minal Parab
