Advocate for the petitioner submits that in view of subsequent development nothing survives in the present petition. He submits that petitioner may be permitted to take out appropriate application in respect of access of child. Same is permitted. To that effect, petitioner has given in writing on Farad. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Same is accepted. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

In view thereof, Civil Application does not survive. The same is also disposed of as infructuous.
