1] This is an application for modification of condition of attendance to the concerned police station imposed upon the applicant by an Order dated 28th April 2014. By the said Order, the applicant was directed to attend the police station on every Monday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till the conclusion of trial. 2] In view of the facts mentioned in the application, the said condition is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station once in three months i.e. on every first Monday of the said month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till conclusion of the trial. 3] The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
