By this Application, the Applicant seeks cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to the Respondent No.2 by this Court (Coram : M.S. Karnik, J.) vide order dated 06/02/2023.

By the said order, the Applicant was granted pre-arrest bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. The only ground raised by the learned counsel for the Applicant is that the Applicant has not yet furnished bail bonds.
