The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that, Petitioner No.1 is appointed as a Junior Clerk in the minority institution. The proposal seeking approval to the appointment of Petitioner No.1 as a Junior Clerk is rejected.

We have heard learned AGP for the Respondent-State. 3.

Upon perusal of the impugned order, it transpires that the proposal is rejected on the ground that the post of non-teaching staff is not sanctioned.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that under the order 1/2

16.aw7895.22.doc dated 10th May 2021, two posts of Junior Clerk were allotted for the year 2018-19.

In light of above, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. 6.

The Respondent-Authority shall reconsider the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of Petitioner No.1 as a Junior Clerk and shall consider allotment of the post. The copy of the same shall be produced by Petitioner No.1 before him. The said proposal shall be decided afresh preferably within two months from today.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
