1) Mr. Mendadkar the learned counsel for the Petitioner after having instructions from the Petitioner who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the College/University Tribunal challenging Order of termination.
2) Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted.
3) Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
2/2 wp.5088-2015 4) Needless to mention that the Petitioner is entitled to take benefit of Section 14 of the Lim itation Act for condonation of delay, if the same is caused in filing such proceedings. The College/University Tribunal also to consider such application for condonation of delay sympathetically. In the event, such proceedings are filed by the Petitioner within two weeks, the College/University Tribunal shall dispose of the same independently in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one year from the date of filing such application.
