The Appellant to take fresh steps to serve the Respondent within a period of four weeks from today. In case, service is not completed within a period of four weeks and Affidavit of Service is not filed, the Civil Applications and subsequently, the Appeal itself stand dismissed for non prosecution. 2.
It is made clear that no further extension will be Sharayu.

On account of pendency of the Applications/Appeal, the Claimant have been deprived of the compensation awarded in their favour.

On 6 March 2017 opportunity was granted to the Appellant to clear the office objections. It is only thereafter, that the process fees and copies were submitted.
