DATED : 9th JULY, 2021 P.C:- Learned APP make a statement that on 6th Jjuly 2021, the charge-sheet is fled. On such a statement being made, learned counsel Mr.Natu seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the Addl.Sessions Judge at Panvel. He, however, request that the application should be taken for hearing expeditiously as the applicant is languishing behind bar since the date of his arrest. Request is made to the learned Addl. Sessions Judge to take up the application as expeditiously as possible when it is fled.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
