Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State. During the course of arguments, the learned Counsel for the applicant, who is also the original complainant in Case No.919/Misc/2023, makes a grievance that the learned Metropolitan Magistrate has not decided his second protest petition, filed on 02.08.2023 to date and seeks a directive to the learned Magistrate to decide it in a time bound manner.

Given the above, the learned trial Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the second protest petition filed on
