This is an application for condoning delay of 11 days in filing the Application for recalling order dated 26.3.2015.

By order dated 26.3.2015, Civil Revision Application No.188 of 207 was dismissed in default.

By order dated 4.5.2007 after hearing both sides, this Court issues rule and refused interim order.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayers clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs.

Civil Revision Application No.188 of 2007 is restored to its original position.
