This appeal was called out on the last occasion, i.e. on 6 January, 2017, when none appeared for the appellant. This Court was informed by the advocate appearing for respondent nos.1, 2, 4 and 5 that the advocate, who had filed appearance for respondents, had expired. The office was directed to issue notice to the respondents. The appellant was also directed to issue a private notice to the respondents. It appears the Court notice was issued but there is no reply. One does not know whether any private notice was issued by the appellant to the respondents. The appellant is once again absent. The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
