It is not disputed before the Court that the aforesaid two Petitions would be governed by the Judgment and Order of the Division Bench of this Court dated 15.12.2015 in Writ Petition No. 9026 of 2014 (Sindhudurg Zilla Shikshan Sanstha Chalak Mandal, Pandur Vs. Union of India & Ors.) as also the Government Resolution dated 27.06.2016 which is based on the said Judgment and order dated 15.12.2015. 2.

In these circumstances, the Petitions are disposed of being covered by the aforesaid Judgment and Order of the Division Bench of this Court dated 15.12.2015 as well as the Government Resolution dated 27.06.2016.
