Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Appellant was the only earning member. He has two minor children and that his aged parents, who are about 65 to 75 years old are taking care of his minor children. He therefore prays for expeditious hearing of the appeal.

In view of the above, hearing of the appeal is expedited. The appeal be listed on fnal hearing board in the week commencing from 22/11/2021.
