Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the Respondent-State.

The rejection of furlough leave has been questioned in present matter. During hearing we gather that after this rejection, on 7th December, 2018 again he had sought furlough leave and that application has been rejected in April 2019.

The reason for rejection on both occasion is that he had absconded for about 1156 days in the year 2009. 4.

Learned APP, upon instructions, states that for this absconding his name has been removed from remission register in February, 2019. The prisoner has not questioned

this order of punishment before us.

In this situation with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order and keeping all his contentions open, we dispose of this petition.
