Prayer of the Petitioner for grant of extension to his furlough leave as he had reported late to the Jail Authority has already been considered in Writ Petition No. 655 of 2017 and the said Petition was dismissed. Petitioner has again prayed for same relief.

In view of the fact that, the prayer of Petitioner has already been considered by this Court, we are not inclined to again adjudicate the said issue.
