The learned A.P.P. on instructions of the Investigating Officer, P.I R.B.Bidkar, Cuffe Parade Police Station, states that the complaint dated 26th March, 2018, made by the Petitioner to the various police authorities would be taken into consideration by the Senior Inspector of Police and an appropriate decision would be taken and the same would be communicated to the Petitioner within two weeks from date.

In view of the said statement, it is not necessary to keep the above Writ Petition pending. The same is accordingly disposed of.
