We have perused the affidavit in reply of Shri Anil Tukaram Thorat, Assistant Conservator of Forests, Panvel, District Raigad and in particular paragraphs 4 and 5 of the said reply. In view of what is stated in the paragraphs 4 and 5 of the said affidavit, it is not necessary to entertain this PIL.

We accordingly dispose of the petition. We, however, make it clear
