This is an application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.3185 of 2014, which is dismissed for want of compliance of order dated 12/02/2016.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that due to inadvertence, he misconstrued the order dated 12/02/2016 and failed to comply with the directions given in the said order within stipulated period. He further submitted that he, however, complied with the directions within a period of four weeks from the date of order i.e. 12/02/2016. He fairly pointed out that there is a delay of 46 days in filing the present application.

For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A', 'A1', and 'B' of the application.
