Learned APP on instructions from Superintendent, Kalyan District Prison, Kalyan submitted that, Petitioner has been acquitted from both the cases i.e. Sessions Case No. 157 of 2018 arising out of C.R. No. 69 of 2015 registered with Kulgaon Police Station, Badlapur, District Thane and Sessions Case No. 156 of 2017 arising out of C.R. No. 71 of 2015 registered with Kulgaon Police Station, Badlapur, District Thane, by the trial Court.

In view thereof, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
