The grievance of the Petitioner, who appears in person is non adjudication of the interim Application filed by the Petitioner in Petition D-83 of 2022 which has been filed on 19/10/2022.

Ms. Abraham, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent is not able to dispute the position that the interim Application has not yet been decided by the Family Court. According to her in the connected Petition, which is Petition A915 of 2018, the issue of access as far as the minor child is concerned has been decided. Be that at it may, the grievance of the

rsk 2 15-WP-6007-22.doc Petitioner, who appears in person is that the Application filed in D-83/2022 has not yet been decided.

The Family Court while deciding the Application filed in Petition D-83/2022 can take into consideration the order as regards the access of the child, which has been passed in Petition No.A-915/2018 and pass appropriate orders thereon. 4.

In view of above, the Family Court is requested to decide the Interim Application, filed in the Petition D-83/2022 as regards the access of the child expeditiously. 5.

The Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. SHARMILA U. DESHMUKH, J.
