In furtherance of the order dated 5th March, 2018, passed by this Court, the learned Counsel for the Respondent makes a statement on instructions of the client that the Respondent - husband is ready to pay an amount of Rs.13,000/- per month. The learned Counsel for the parties also submit to this Court that the possibility of the permanent settlement can also be worked out and they would make such an attempt before the Family Court at Thane, in the pending proceedings. 1/2

15-WP10979-17.DOC In view of the aforesaid statement, the Writ Petition deserves to be disposed off with a direction to the Respondent - husband to arrange for payment of amount of maintenance calculated at the rate of Rs.13,000/- per month from 1st June, 2016, as undertaken by the Petitioner - husband. Let the amount due be deposited in the Family Court at Thane within four weeks from today and the Petitioner is given liberty to seek its withdrawal.
