Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, restricts his prayer and seeks simpliciter direction to the respondent No.2 - appellate authority to decide his pending Appeal bearing Appeal No.106 of 2020 within a stipulated period. 2.

In the light of the submission made across the bar by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and keeping in view the pendency of the Appeal filed by the petitioner for a considerable period, we are inclined to pass the following direction:
