The learned counsel for the Applicant/ Assurance Company apprehends the execution of the implementation of the judgment and award dated 18 th December, 2014 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pune in M.A.C.P. No. 634 of 2002, as the Respondents have filed the execution application in the lower Court. Hence, he prayed for stay to the operation and execution of the implementation of the impugned judgment and award. He submits that the Assurance Company is ready to deposit the amount.

The learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 is present. He submits that the execution application is filed.

Considering the above submissions, the effect and implementation of the impugned judgment and award is hereby stayed for nine weeks subject to the Assurance company to deposit the entire amount along with the interest accrued thereon within eight weeks before the Tribunal. 4.

Accordingly the Civil Application No. 3597 of 2015 stands disposed of.
