None for the petitioner when the matter called out. Even on the earlier occasion when this Court had taken up the matter for hearing on 8th December 2017, none had appeared for the petitioner. However, on the last occasion considering the prayer of the respondent, the Court had permitted the respondent to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner in this Court.

Considering the continued absence of the petitioner to pursue the petition, it is clear that petitioner is not interested to prosecute this petition. It is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution. (G.S.KULKARNI, J)
