By this Application the Applicant has sought to condone the delay and to restore the Appeal which was dismissed for non removal of office objections 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the office objections will be removed within two weeks. In the light of the said statement and in view of reasons stated in the Application, the delay is condoned and Appeal is ordered to be restored.
