Having regard to the nature of the relief sought vide prayer clause (b) of the above petition, as also, having regard to the observations made in para-11 of the order passed by the Appellate Tribunal constituted under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, it would be

By relegating the petitioner to such a remedy the above petition is disposed of.

Needless to state that, if any application is made by the petitioner, the concerned adjudicating authority under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act would decide the same in accordance with law.
