Learned Counsel for the Applicant, at the outset, seeks permission to withdraw this application, in view of the statement made by learned APP, on instructions, that in the present case, no C.R., has been registered against the applicant.

In view of the said statement, nothing survives for consideration in the said application. The same is disposed of accordingly. 3.

It is made clear that, if the police of MHB Colony Police Station, intends to register an offence as against the present applicant, 72 hours

In the meantime, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station for the purposes of an enquiry, as and when called for by the Investigating Officer.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn on the aforesaid terms.
