Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant's bail application was rejected by the Sessions Court on 26.6.2019. Thereafter he has filed this application. However, in the meantime the co-accused Mrudul Joshi was granted bail by the Hon'

ble Supreme Court vide order dated 4.5.2021.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the changed circumstances, the applicant desires to approach the Sessions Court for his release on bail. He submits that this change in circumstances is substantial which gives him fresh right to approach the same Court for the same relief.

Considering this request, this application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to approach the Sessions Court for his release on bail in the changed circumstances of grant of bail to the co-accused Mrudul Joshi in the same offence.
