The Petitioner is seeking family pension in respect of her husband who was working with the Respondent- State of Maharashtra. The Petitioner will have to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal which is the court of first instance in service disputes with the State Government as per the constitutional scheme. Keeping all the contentions open, if the Petitioner approaches the Tribunal, writ petition is disposed of.
