By this Application, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 6 years and 357 days in challenging the judgment and Award dated 6.7.2012 passed by the MACT in Application under Section 140 of the Motor Vehicles Act. It is stated that during the pendency of this Application, the impugned proceedings have been disposed of. Even otherwise, the only ground for condoning the inordinate delay is office work load, transfer of officers and staff, and pending Investigators Report.
