Learned Counsel for the applicants state that as directed by this Court vide order dated 6th June, 2017, the applicants, without prejudice to their rights and contentions have deposited an amount of Rs.95,000/- in the Court of the learned Magistrate, Pandharpur.

Learned APP does not dispute the said fact.

Considering the aforesaid and the nature of allegations, the interim protection granted vide order dated 6th June, 2017 is confirmed. The application is accordingly allowed and the applicants are granted prearrest bail in connection with C.R. No. 155 of 2017 registered with the Pandharpur Taluka Police Station, Solapur, on the following terms and conditions :
ORDER
(i) In the event of the arrest, the applicants be enlarged on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount ;
(ii) The applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station as and when called, till the filing of the charge-sheet or for a period of three months from today, whichever is earlier.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.

It is made clear that the observations made herein are prima facie and are confined to this application.
