This application is preferred by Insurance Company for condonation of 287 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the award dated 14.02.2011 passed by M.A.C.T. Mumbai in Application No. 1851 of 2004.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Civil Application , I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.
