In this petition, the Petitioner has challenged the order dated 05/01/2021 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-12, Mumbai, externing him outside the limits of the Mumbai city, Mumbai suburban area and Thane district for a period of two years. The record of this petition does not show that any stay was granted to operation of the said order. The period of externment is already over. Therefore, nothing further survives in this petition.
