After hearing the learned Counsel for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial arising out of C.R. No.306 of 2012 dated 02.11.2017 registered with the Vikhroli Police Station, Mumbai does not commence within a period of nine months from today. 2.

Leave and liberty granted.
