Though the petitioner has challenged order dated 7th June 2021 challenging B-Summary Report filed by the investigating officer in connection with First Information Report No.124 of 2021, learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, restricted the reliefs to prayer clause (c).

In that view of the matter, the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vadgaon Mawal, Pune is directed to decide Protest Petition filed by the petitioner challenging the B-Summary Report filed by the investigating officer in connection with the First Information Report No.124 of 2021 registered with TalegaonDabhade, Police Station, Pune within three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order.
