A praecipe has been filed for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 16.03.2017 passed in the above Writ Petition, by which order, the above Writ Petition came to be dismissed. It is clarified that in so far as the order dated 08.08.2016 passed in the above Writ Petition is concerned, the same has not been modified by this Court, in so far as it directs the Petitioner No.1 to make payment of the amounts which are mentioned in paragraph 6 of the said order.

Since the Petitioners have been granted stay for a period of four weeks so as to enable them to approach the Apex Court, the BGP.

Petitioners to file an undertaking in this Court within one week from date stating therein that they would not create third party rights or not deal with the suit premises in question in any manner whatsoever. The praecipe for speaking to the minutes of the order is accordingly disposed of.
