This is an application filed by the victim in CR No.143 of 2008 registered with Khopoli Police Station, District Raigad. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application. The appellant in Criminal Appeal No.272 of 2016 is directed to implead the present applicant/victim as respondent No.2. The amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
