The application is for transposition of Respondent No.2 as Appellant in the appeal. The initial joinder as respondent and the transposition now prayed for are necessitated by reason of the absence of Respondent No.2 at the time of filing of the appeal, despite willingness to join the Appeal as an appellant and offer to correct the position now, since the interests are common.
