It is pointed out by the learned prosecutor that this Court has rejected anticipatory bail application No. 656 of 2015 which is the identical matter where the same accused is prosecuted in the similar offence. Therefore all the applications for anticipatory bail filed by the similar accused in other crimes, the permission is sought to withdraw the same.

Hence, both the anticipatory bail applications are allowed to be withdrawn, as prayed and accordingly disposed of.
