The FIR was registered on account of the death of the wife of the Applicant. Having regard to the fact that the offences alleged against the Applicant are one punishable under Sections 304B and 306 of the Indian Penal Code and since the charge-sheet has been filed on 16th July, 2018, we do not deem this a fit case to exercise our jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
