The said Application was dismissed for non-prosecution by an Order dated 10th April, 2019 and therefore, the Applicant had preferred the present Application on 15th April, 2019 for pre-arrest bail. The Applicant has annexed Order dated 10th April, 2019 to the present Application. Though the Applicant had filed the present Application, the Order dated 10th April, 2019 remained in force and therefore, the Applicant preferred Criminal Application No. 679 of 2019 for restoration of ABA No. 568 of 2019. The said Application bearing No. 679 of 2019 was allowed on 24th April, 2019 and ABA No. 568 of 2019 has been restored to file.
