Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants. On the cause list of final hearing matters notified for this week, writ petitions from the year 1992 have been listed. Therefore as of today, no case is made out for giving out of turn priority for the hearing of the writ petitions of the year 2011. Accordingly, application is rejected. If writ petition is ready for final hearing, the same shall be added to the appropriate weekly board as per its turn.
