Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. 2.
Having gone through the petitions, we find that the petitioners have an efficacious alternative remedy under Section 457 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain these petitions and the same are, accordingly, dismissed. 3.
In the event, the petitioners make an application before the Magistrate under Section 457 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the reliefs sought under the instant petitions, the concerned Magistrate shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the same.
