Civil Application No.1113 of 2016 is taken out to bring on record the heirs of the deceased Respondent Nos.1/2. Notice was directed to be issued by this Court upon the proposed Respondents. Learned counsel for the Applicants states that service is complete as against all the proposed Respondents. None however appears for the proposed Respondents. There is no reply filed by the Respondents/proposed Respondents. Civil Application No.1113 of 2016 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
