Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the Respondent - State.

By this application, the applicant seeks Transit Anticipatory Bail for a period of six weeks.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with C.R.No.19 of 2010, which is registered with the Kibbanahalli Cross Police Station, District - Tumakuru, State - Karnataka for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 447 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4(1) and 21 (1

2/2 932-aba.664.2015.doc to 6) of Mines & Minerals (Regulation & Development) Act, 1957. 4.

The applicant apprehending arrest has approached this Court seeking Transit Anticipatory Bail, so as to enable him to approach the appropriate Court.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The applicant is granted protection for a period of four weeks i.e. the applicant shall not be arrested for four weeks from today to enable him to approach the appropriate Court.

It is made clear, that this Court has not considered the application on merits and the Court which is seized of the matter shall decide the application seeking pre-arrest bail, if filed, on its own merits, in accordance with law.

Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. 8.
