Learned counsel for the Respondents have no objection to the Petition being withdrawn. They make a statement that no 3rd party will be affected by this Consent Terms.

The Petition stands disposed of accordingly in view of the Additional Affidavit and the Consent Terms in question. 3.

In view of disposal of the present Writ Petition, the Civil Application No.2099 of 2015 does not survive and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
