Perused the letter dated 2nd January 2021, addressed by the learned District Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Thane. The learned Judge has sought extension of time of nine months to dispose of Sessions Case No.422 of 2018.

For the reasons set out in the said letter dated 2nd January 2021, time is extended by a period of six months from 2nd January 2021, for deciding Sessions Case No.422 of 2018, since the trial has already commenced and two witnesses have been examined till date. The learned SQ Pathan 1/2

5-BA-1021-2019.doc Judge is requested to complete the trial within 6 months i.e. by 30th June 2021. All parties to cooperate in the expeditious disposal of the trial.
