Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the applicants, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the Pune Municipal Corporation. It appears that the applicants have filed Writ Petition No.8524 of 2015 and at their instance, the action which is subject matter of challenge in the Writ Petitions of the year 2018 has been initiated. Therefore, the applicants are at least proper parties. Accordingly, we dispose of the
applications by directing that the applicants shall be made party respondents in the writ petitions. Amendment shall be carried out by the writ petitioners within a period of three weeks from the date on which this order is uploaded. Advocate on record for the applicants in the applications waives service of notice of the writ petitions.
