For the reasons to be recorded separately, I pass the following order:

(i) Bail Application Nos.1731 of 2021 and 2072 of 2021, are allowed;

(ii) Applicants Vishwanathan Ponnabhatt Manatt and Mohammed Sher Ali Ahmad Shaikh, are directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R.No.152 of 2021, registered with Dharavi Police Station, Mumbai, on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, each, with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iii) Applicants shall attend concerned Police Station once in three months on frst Saturday of the month between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m., till further orders;

(iv) Bail Application Nos.1731 of 2021 and 2072 of 2021, stand disposed of accordingly;

(v) Interim Application No.1441 of 2021, is disposed of.
