This is an application seeking stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and order dated 02 January 2013 passed by the MACT, Pune. Learned Counsel for the parties point out that entire amount has been deposited pursuant to which the interim stay was granted. They, further submit that the stay application can be disposed of in view of the deposit of the entire amount on 17 August 2013.
